I want to gain weight

5’10" is a tall chick. Although, if slim, not really “big.” If she was 6’1", it wouldn’t really matter how thin she was, we’d all agree she was big.

Agreed. At 5’9", and 44 years old, I’m looking pretty darn thin at 140 lbs. At 119, I’d look like I had a horrible disease. I agree that pizza is a very good choice. I like California Pizza Kitchen, myself, if you’re looking for store bought. Add avacados to everything you can. It’s high fat, high calorie, but the fat is the healthy kind. Eat as much fruit as you want, but add cream and sugar to it. And, like someone upthread mentioned…beer. But good, heavy, microbrews (not that Corona shit). Tons of calories, and B vitamins, to boot.

I just got finished with a weight gain experiment myself. I put on a little over 11 lbs in a month though it wasn’t easy. HERE is a handy link.

Basically, you add two to three whole milk double powder protein shakes to your normal diet a day, and work out with heavy weights for brief intervals a few times a week. Granted I optimized for muscle gain, but the protein and fat intake along with solid exercise will produce results.
