I won Ben Stein's Money!

I am Doug. The show will air early in the next season (April 2001).

WOW THAT KICKS ASS! CONGRATS!

Congrats! I hope you kicked his ass on the politics questions, too.

Coincidentally, I just watched this show last night for the first time in a long while. If you find out an exact (or close to it) air date, let us know (otherwhise I’ll forget to watch).

Awesome!

Make sure you remind us when its going to air.

just so i’m clear on this… you won ALL the money [winning the best of 10 test of knowledge], or made it to the final round and walked away with a hefty sum of money… not that i’m doubting your smarts or anything

djb[sup]2[/sup]2,

So dish already! Who were your co-contenstants, what was it like? Gotta give us more clues so we can spot you next season!

I like the cut of your jib, djbdjb2!

Congrats! Did you choose to go first or second in the final round?

By the way, on the topic of game shows, I believe I am one of only 2 people in the world (my oldest brother being the other) who have had both a parent and a sibling be contestants on Jeopardy. Alas, I haven’t been on…yet.

Good for you. Where is EJsGirl? She almost did it.

I wouldn’t think he’d be allowed to even say the outcome of the game. Most game shows don’t let you do that.

Yay hooray! Congrats! I hope you gave em what for!

Rats. Now I have to wait till April.

I do mean that I won the $5000 in the final round.

I did choose to go second. The contestant coordinators pointed out to us the benefits to going second, and 2 of the 3 finalist on my tape day did go second.

I was on Jeopardy! last year, but unlike there WBSM did not ask us to keep the results secret until the air date. Maybe they are more realistic than Jeopardy. Thus I will post the questions from the final round.
