Although, to be honest, I can’t get ice cream headaches - I have enough fillings in my teeth I am in agony if I try to drink or eat anything ice cold fast enough to get an ice cream headache 
You need to get a Mr. Misty from Dairy Queen and just pour it down your throat, bypassing your teeth altogether. Guaranteed unparalleled ice cream headache!
I suppose an Icee would also work, but I can’t vouch for it personally.
