This post makes no sense. If you actually want to be informed MSNOW is an essential part of the daily news reporting mix.
I think most people don’t much time watching news on television anymore.
All that being said, I might try to fit some MSNOW time in now and then if it’s giving good info.
There’s a lot of commentary, but you have to find the hosts that resonate with you. I like Rachel Maddow (yes, her style can be really slow but she does more in-depth research than almost anyone else these days) and Chris Hayes. Katy Tur sucks. I think Andrea Mitchell finally retired.

ICE plans to give officers gloves that can deliver painful electric shocks
Those idiots will definitely be accidentally shocking their own balls or something in short order.
“Shock gloves” sound cool in scifi stories and video games, but seem really impractical in real life. We already have tasers. It almost feels like the non-lethal equivalent of Freddy Krueger’s clawed glove; cool on film but stupid in real life. Just use a knife.
Of course ICE would be interested in such a thing.
Today in Sacramento: “ICE” agents tried to enter an immigration attorney’s office and look for “beds.” So was it really ICE, or some cosplaying local goons? And what exactly is the difference? And what is with the focus on “beds?” I can see why the landlord might care, but is it against federal law to sleep in an attorney’s office (cue Saul Goodman here). Anyhow, I’m trying to be funny to cover up just how scared I am.
The agents remained for the next hour until Daniel Azurduy, a dentist and the building manager, arrived. Azurduy told the men that, without a warrant, they were trespassing and threatened to call the police. They left shortly after.
That’s how to handle it. Threaten to call the real police.
My guess is that they’re just trying to intimidate the attorneys and weren’t expecting any real resistance.
That would be great, depending on the local police and the level they worship ICE.

ICE will spend $2 million on robot dogs from Boston Dynamics.
The robots are intended to assist with “inspection, situational awareness, and hazard assessment in environments that may pose risks to personnel,” according to the planning document.
“This capability helps improve officer safety, supports informed operational decision-making, and enhances DHS’s ability to respond to incidents involving dangerous, confined, unstable, or difficult-to-access areas,” the document adds.
So we’re in the world of Fahrenheit 451.
Robodogs might be good for search-and-rescue operations, where the biggest hazard is an inanimate environment. But they’re not hard for motivated humans to disrupt, which makes them a poor choice for law enforcement.
The only reason for ICE to be buying them is because someone is getting a kickback.
I hope Boston Dynamics regrets any association with ICE.
