I was listening to the CBC a few weeks ago. The story was on Icelanders and their belief in fairies. Apparently, a good percentage actually believe that fairies live amongst them. So much so that consultants are hired when new buildings are put up to ensure that no fairies occupy the land and have their homes destroyed in the construction process.
This story aired around April fools day. I wondered if I was being duped.
Does anyone know anything about this??
No, they don’t believe in ferries. They use airplanes to get to and from the Island.
