H : The show was from the UK, yet, “Megabyte” was not. ADDED: I also believe it was a remake of a 1970s show.

N : The newest show of the bunch (In order: N O H L K) Had only 3 Episodes. ADDED: Lazy Town comes the closest to matching this show.

Well, first it was a show about Pittsburgh (Iron City legal eagles). I’m from there, so I notice shows and movies that are supposedly shot there. And I remembered that Sarah Jessica Parker was in it (Carrie before Sex) - I was a big fan of “Square Pegs” back in the day, which she was in.
