ID this bar/grill from logo - San Diego area?

Here are a couple of stills from a promotional video. I have been trying to identify the name of the bar shown on the waitress’s shirt. Click for full view.

This was probably photographed about 2 years ago. The San Diego area is my only guess as to location as there is another restaurant shown in the video and I can read the menu. That was Fox Sports Grill in San Diego, now closed. There were a couple of other Fox Sports Grills, though. The company that made the promo (NTN Buzztime) is in Carlsbad, CA near San Diego also which is why I guessed that area.

83 Degrees in Carlsbad?

Woo Hoo!! Nailed in in 7 minutes. I din’t think the mark after 83 looked like “rd” for 83rd, and the bottom word is Carlsbad. I thought perhaps cabaret or cafe something. The photos available on the 83 Degrees website confirm the interior. I did search the San Diego area for 83 and it didn’t show up, but now it does for some reason.
