ID this bug, please.

I’ve found several of these in my kitchen. The biggest one we found last week.

Black, worm shaped, segmented with lighter color where the segments bend. Maybe a 16th of an inch in diameter. Usually short (less than a half inch) but the latest was more than an inch and curled into a loose spiral.

I usually find them stuck to the sides of bottles we keep on the counter. The big one was on our knife block.

Possivly a millipede. This site has several photos. Basic info here.

That’s it. Didn’t get close enough to ascertain legs, but that’s the little bugger.

They’re probably growing in our window plants (which are dead) so I’ll throw those out.
