Remember Scene: The movie opens with three or four men determined to go out for a ?poker game? ?weekend retreat? , while oblivious to the fact that their wives are practically panting for sex.

Could well be “Boy’s Night Out” (1962), but I couldn’t find any clips or stills that would confirm that. Anyone?

Something like that happens at the start of Bye Bye Braverman (1968). But the destination is a funeral for said Braverman. And the wife/girlfriend thing isn’t for all of them (IIRC).

The four friends are George Segal, Jack Warden, Joseph Wiseman, and Sorrell Booke. Ring any bells?
