Identify a linear conversion

I dropped my chronograph for checking the speed on arrows and now it is reading in a conversion I can’t identify. What I know to be about 70 fps s giving me a number of 1400. I don’t know if that is per second or minute or hour. It doesn’t seem to fit anything per second I can find. It just occured to me as I was typing this it might be per something else besides seconds??

Meters per minute seems kind of close, is anything measured in meters per minute?

1400/60 is 70/3, multiply that by 3 and you get 70. So it could be yards/minute

1400 yard/minute * ( 3 ft / 1 yd) * (1 minute / 60 seconds) = 70 feet / second. Of course, I’m am almost completely guessing.

I think you got it. If I just divide by 20 I can still use it. I actually shot an arrow through it.
