Wow. These were some pretty obscure characters, but you guys have already gotten all but these two:

Sarah Briggs

Frank Frachaman

Hints: Sarah Briggs has a connection to JD. Frank Frachaman has a connection to Turk.

That leaves Frank Frachaman as the only remaining unidentified character.

Frank Frachaman is imaginary.

When JD was strung up to a pole by his underwear by the other surgeons, Turk tried to console him by letting him know this wasn’t the first time they had done that. They had done the same thing to Frank Frachaman. Of course, that was a lie, and it was the first time they had done that.
