Identify these obscure clips from the Weird Al concert intro video

saw Weird Al last Thursday night, which’d probably deserves its own thread if he didn’t have an entire FORUM for stuff like that, but this is a perfect CS topic for everyone here.

Weird Al starts every concert by playing about a second or two from various crazy clips. Some of them are pretty obvious, but I’m curious as to what some of the more obscure clips are from, particularly the rabid deerhead, which looks SO familiar but I can’t figure out where from (I’m curious about all the other obscure ones too).

Was the rabid deer from an Evil Dead movie (second one, I think)?

Baby Carriage from Battleship Potemkin (guessing again)

more in a sec (edit’s timing out)

The balcony clip - “ow, My Balls!” from Idiocracy?

The baby carriage going down the stairs (early in the clip) is from The Battleship Potemkin directed by Sergei Eisenstein.

Yep.

On the Good Ship Lollipop, Singing in the Rain, and Here’s Johnny should be obvious.

“Shutshutshutshutup!” is from Punch Drunk Love cite at the bottom, although Wikipedia has the quote wrong.

The deer is Evil Dead 2

Master Shake is from Aqua Teen Hunger Force

The green guy on his side laughing is from the movie Santa Claus Conquers the Martians. Quickly identifiable to any MST3K aficionado.

The snails fucking are from Microcosmos.

I saw a clip from Nicolas Cage’s"Vampire’s Kiss." Cage played a craxy guy who imagined he’d been bitten by a vampire and was gradually adopting a vampire’s mannerisms.

Legend is, he got so heavily into the role he ate a REAL cockroach in that shot.

I thought the baby carriage scene was from The Untouchables

There was a clip from Aqua Teen Hunger Force

A Scene from The Shinning (sp?)

Yep the Deer was from Evil Dead.

The original is in Potemkin. The bit from Untouchables is an homage. The clip from this collection is from the original.

The clip with the woman at a dinner party asking about the spatula is from UHF, I think. It looks like the ad for Spatula City.
