Are you sure? The facial coloring looks different, as compared to the monkey at the top of the first link.
The images in the article are a bit blurry but you’re right, they do lack any yellow coloring in the forehead that seems to be characteristic of Cercopithecus campbelli. They definitely seem to be some subspecies of Mona monkey but maybe not campbelli.
