IE Frames

I know with Netscape I am able to right-click on a frame and open it in a new window. How do I do that with IE?

Only thing that comes to mind is right-click on frame, go to Properties, cut-n-paste link in new window.

Hold down the Shift key while clicking on the link to have IE open the link in a new window.
