If body fat is metabolized do you get anything nutritionally other than pure fat?

Just wondered if body fat contained any vitamins etc. that were released along with the fat when the fat cell was metabolized, or is it just pure fat?

There are some fat soluble vitamins out there.

Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat soluble.

Of course, when you metabolize fat, you get energy too.

There are also certain pesticides and other organic compounds that are fat soluble, and can be stored up in your fat cells. These can also be released when you metabolize body fat, although I guess that’s not technically ‘nutritional.’
