It doesn’t. We simply conclude that God is guilty/not guilty of all/no crimes and sentence/don’t sentence Him to all/no possible/impossible punishments/rewards.

We’ve just ruled out God’s being an actual being (while simultaneously requiring that He be an actual being).
Torture. God tortures people for an eternity for not subscribing to His One True Belief System.
War Crimes. God commanded Israel to go into towns and slaughter every man, woman, and child… except for the virgin girls, which were to be kept for the men’s amusement. So you could tack on conspiracy to commit genocide and rape also.
I’ve only skimmed the thread, but may I recommend Blameless in Abaddon, by James Morrow, in which God is taken to court for the suffering He has caused/allowed.
