Perhaps not, but I’m sure she played a hostess’ role for visiting VIPs.
…and I’m sure she could repeat such a role as President. Or Bill could greet dignitaries. Or their monkey butler.

Bill himself has joked that his Scottish friends have suggested the title “First Laddie,” but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Chelsea helping a lot with what are traditionally thought of as the First Lady’s duties.

Weren’t some Presidents’ wives refered to as the “Presidentess” too?
