Assume Hillary Clinton is our next president.
What, if anything will be a duplication of effort in her administration, given the fact she was married to Bill during his?
Are there any ways to save time and money because of this? Any additional problems that arise because of it?

Well, the staff already knows her name so that’s a savings right there.
There will be extremely minimal savings. The Clintons already have SS protection - that’s about it for savings. I imagine the presidency changes hugely in the span of 4 years - it will have been 16 since the end of the Clinton presidency. I doubt even the 4 years she spent as SoS will have much effect.
Maybe she won’t have to worry about finding a bathroom her first week.
Yeah, but it’ll have to be stocked with potpourri and fluffy hand wipes. And we’ll have to change all the magazine subscriptions to… well, let’s just say gender-approprtiate themes.
This time the Secret Service will have orders to shoot Bill if he gets too close to an intern.
You jest, but this was the basis of my question, I just figured there would be aspects beyond these I couldn’t fathom.
In addition to SS protection, ex-Presidents get an office and some staff payed for by the Feds. Presumably Bill would get this stuff paid for by the “Office of the First. Gentleman” budget during his wifes Presidency, so that ought to save some minor amount of cash as well.
Granted, I imagine the savings would amount to the cost of a tail-fin on a Patriot Missile.
Well, there is probably plenty of stationary with “President Clinton” on it. Maybe some other ornamental stuff.
There is a real benefit to her already being briefed at the highest level as SecState, but that’s not atypical for potential presidents (Senators, in particular).
