I understand some sort of lotteries are involved, but that’s about the extent of my knowledge.

While waiting for the lottery, you can currently get pavilion tickets - and there are four or five different types. Base price is $1400-ish for the basic pavilion, but it escalates quickly from there.

Meanwhile, here I am waiting for the lottery…
