Feminism has evolved to the point that is it pretty easy to oppose. This is not the same feminism which is associated with the 60’s and more correctly called feminazism IMHO.

I’m not sure that anything that doesn’t involve Leni Riefenstahl or Ilse Koch can correctly be called “feminazism”. It’s quite easily one of one of the dumbest compound words ever created.

Might be interesting to see if states that outlaw or hamper abortion see a relative rise in crime rates 15 years later, perhaps creeping up to the levels of the late 1980s before the “Roe+15” barrier was reached and crime rates began falling.

Yeah, some state senator, long retired after a lifetime of public service and voting for anti-abortion laws gets clubbed to death for his car by some 15 year-old from an abusive, neglectful, lower-class home… irony.

Per Dr. Stephen Leavitt, we should expect exactly that. It would be interesting if the Democrats used this to label the Republicans “soft on crime”.

Especially when they link to a thread that’s old enough to be a frowned upon “Zombie Thread” should we post to it. If a particular post says something truly interesting that hasn’t been brought uphere, and says it better than you could possibly convey here, then just link to that post. My guess, and it’s only a guess, is that the overturn of RvW would spell disaster for the Republican party.

Abortion has been the perfect issue for them. What other issue allows people to declare that it should be outlawed, and get elected for it, and never make any headway?
