Conspiracy theoretics is a sweet gig. If your crazy prediction ends up being correct, you get to crow about how right you were. If not, the “MSM” is hiding the truth.
“Even if I could, I wouldn’t be remotely interested in changing my vote,” Banerian, a political science student in his senior year at Oakland University and youth vice chair of the Michigan Republican Party, told the News. “The people of Michigan spoke, and it’s our job to deliver that message.”
What a system. Some random college student has the power of 100k or more popular votes with his one signature. Good riddance. United States of Half Wittedness.
Do you support death threats against members of the Electoral College? If so, how about their families? How would you feel if some of those are fulfilled?
Of course not. Very dumb thing to say on your part.
The alt-right is dangerous.
I actually feel bad for the electors in this position. It is unfortunate we have this system.
This system has ended up making present day society way more chaotic than it should be. If we had a popular vote system like the rest of the civilized world, our society would actually be a lot safer. Of course no one talks about that since this election has rendered both sides incapable of being rational.
The notion that Trump isn’t going to be president is completely nutso, true as I wish it were. At least this is one bizarre conspiracy theory that will be scotched come January 20.
P.S.: No, there is no executive order that Obama can sign that would prevent Trump from becoming president.
Trump has said he agrees with the popular vote, even recently on 60 minutes. He may be setting up to step down, especially as the margin grows exponentially as it has been doing so.
He doesn’t even want to live in the white house, the guy obviously isn’t that thrilled about “winning”.
You’re like a one-track pony with this constant haranguing in threads about how Trump will never be president. Did you join just to alert us of this? Is this something new now among the right? Or the left? I hate Trump as much as anyone, but this feels like some sort of pathetic replacement for the birther movement. At least it will die out come January 20.
Oh, so to be clear, you really don’t want to make a wager, and are just posturing in order to try to give more validity (or something) to your untenable claim, correct?
Because if you don’t have the conviction to actually put your money where your mouth is (after you first suggested it, mind you), then it’s abundantly clear that you don’t really believe your own tripe.
