If you are going to buy online, why not make your purchases count

I learned about this from my high school alumni newsletter.

http://www.schoolpop.com

It is an organization that works with an extensive list of retailers on line that all contribute anywhere from 1% to 15% of what you purchased to the school of your choice.
It works with private schools and public schools.

Alot of schools are signing up on this. Most in my surrounding area (all public schools) are hopping on the band wagon ( and many more are pending)

It costs you nothing to register.

All you do is use their website as a gateway to say, Gap or other retailers and proceed to buy like a crack crazy ferret like you normally would for your Christmas shopping. That’s it.

If anyone does not want to have their money go to their alma mater, and would like to donate to mine, I would be more than happy to supply via email the place that forged my mind to be as warped as it is.

It’s a catholic school teaching Papist doctrine …naturally which I failed, but since the tutition checks cleared, they passed me year after year. Thanks Mom!

Just thought I would share.

Have a nice day.

Shrine sucks! Shrine sucks! Shrine sucks! :stuck_out_tongue:

What a cool idea, I’ll have to check it out. Thanks!

Shirley,

If you go to this address:

http://www.schoolpop.com/cgi/tell.cgi

and send me an email before I register there, your school will get $5 just for me registering.

So will you do that please?
