If you could magically eliminate one thing from earth…

Ticks. Greenhead flies.

I heard the same thing, but ONLY about the two Genera that bite humans.

Then we can’t have cheese. No deal.

I’d pick Organised Religion.

Amen!

I would say contempt prior to investigation. This would require a strong sense of self.

What about this Thing? https://www.motortrend.com/features/1973-volkswagen-thing-los-angeles-tour/

Zink.

Kudzu.

And this awful heat wave. I know in winter I’ll wish for a warm summer day. But this year has been tough.

Did you mean zinc oxide?

Not just you:

Isn’t ome the same as the other?

we could leave a note, explaining where thing went wrong.

We could, but what could we write it on that would last 3 or 4 million years?

Why just organized?

Nuclear weapons.
The results could be very chaotic. But level the playing field in many ways. If this is a make a wish and poof, it happens scenario. I wonder how long it would be till the first nuke equipped country would admit it happened.

Bad call, IMO. In a nuke-free world there’s a good chance NATO would be at total war with Russia right now.

I noted that chaos might ensue.

Getting rid of nukes would not level the playing field. In fact, it would have the opposite effect. Nukes are an equalizer; they let relatively weak nations punch up in weight against strong foes (in theory.) Without nukes, the world would be more unequal, not less. Wars would be entirely won by the few wealthy nations that can afford to spend lavishly on conventional arms.

Also, without nukes, you’d see a WW2 every few decades. As Smapti pointed out, in a nuke-free world, you’d probably see the United States having already gone all “Desert Storm” against Russia in early 2022 over Ukraine. (Although I’d argue that that would have been a good thing, but that’s off-topic.)

Greed

Rape.

And I have no clue why that’s to @Whack-a-Mole
