I did 22 years in the Coast Guard and would do it again. You get the same travel as the Navy, do the same jobs the Navy does and then more unique jobs better suited to the Coast Guard.
I’d go Air Force - - they have the best jazz band.

It would have to back to submarines for me. Apart from accidents, when was the last time a sub was sunk in a war? WW2 I think, though I may be wrong. Modern western subs are nearly undetectable to ships and aircraft, thus a bit safer than ships/aircraft.
Plus I’d get to say “going deep” a lot!
