I know when he does connections he likes to do it in reverse order, starting w/ the purple. I think the harder variation here is making sure you get the common word first.

Listened to Hank Green’s interview with the creator of Connections and she mentioned she is drifting away from saying that the spectrum is Purple is harder vs Yellow is easier because what is hard and what is easy is very subjective but she did imply that Purple will generally be word play about the words themselves vs the meaning and Blue will tend to be Trivia. She didn’t seem to differentiate Yellow or Green.
Really struggled with Tuesday’s. Also here Black Swans are not rare (they’re endemic to Australia) so that idiom is not familiar to me, and I’ve never heard of Green Goddess.
