Do health care plans need free birth control to be legitimate health care plans? How about if the health care plan covers everything ACA requires, but doesn’t risk pool the way the government would like, such as a guild health care plan?
A couple questions:
If the plan stays the same, it’s grandfathered in, right?
If the plan changes, then it’s no longer the “your plan” that you liked, right?
If that’s part of the requirements, yes.
WTH is a guild health care plan?
Bottom line, if it doesn’t meet the requirements, then it gets changed, not just canceled out from under people.

It is inconsistent with the President’s promise to force companies to cease offering plans because they don’t meet the standards.
Whether or not this is good policy is a valid question. I say it is not, because we can’t bend the health care cost curve if we force insurance to cover more.
