If you were a judge, would you want to take the current OJ case?

I don’t want a debate just your opinion. Yes or no and why?

If I were a judge, the question for me would not be if I would want to or not want to, the question is if I could be fair, and I think I could.

I would be a Lance Ito (?), though. The trial wouldn’t run 8 months and turn into another circus.

Without even knowing the details, I wouldn’t want it because it would clog up my docket.

I wonder if this is why Ito handled the big trial; he was too passive to say no to the other judges when they took a pass on it.

Only if I got to hit him with my gavel.

I’d love to do it, especially since they are now adding “kidnapping” to the list of charges.

Absolutely. I’d want to throw the book at him. Also the gavel, the pencil sharpener, the paperweight, and the scissors.

I’d love it. For the same reasons as BobLibDem.

How much money did OJs group of lawyers take him for in the murder trial?

Does he still even have that kind of money to hire high profile lawyers who would be willing to drag the case out for as long as possible?

When is OJ going to go broke?

Sure. Then I could order pizzas for the court like Lance Ito.

Nope. I think I could be fair, but wouldn’t want to deal with the people who are hoping this trial will set the events of a 13 (?) years ago straight. Or with people who’d be up in arms because they assumed I was trying to fix things from the past.
