Ig Nobel Prize in Physiology and Entomology, for finding out which body locations are more and less painful when stung by a bee:
And, yes, for the latter study, the author allowed himself to be stung by bees in many different parts of the body, three times in each for the sake of data collection. And, yes, one of the parts he allowed himself to be stung in was the penis.
