I know that none of you know me that good yet, but that’s ok. I assume this board is for chat of any kind between members of the comunity, so I thought I’d share some of my music with you. Just keep in mind that I am not singing on any of these tracks, they are either my co-writer or a demo singer. These three songs are half of an older/traditional style of Country project that we put together, so here you go, take them for what they’re worth!

The harmonica is very good. I liked the second and third songs a little better than the first; it seems … well… a little too “formula”. 
Your friend sings very well - I liked his voice better than that of the guy who sang the second song.

Good stuff! And that’s coming from someone who hates 99.9% of country music. What I like most about it is that it doesn’t quite sound like the older-style (very annoying to me) country music. It also doesn’t sound like the current crop of pop-music-with-a-Southern-accent country (even more annoying) that’s quite popular these days. All three songs manage to be catchy without being poppy.
As for the quality of the songwriting, I quite like it. I mean, the songs aren’t deep, philosophical masterpieces, but I don’t think that’s what you’d be aiming for when you write country music anyway. All three sounded very professional. Also, I’m not sure what Mooney252’s problem was, but I was able to access all three files with no errors at all. Probably just a temporary glitch.
Here’s to hoping that your songs will end up on a radio station called “The Dawg,” or some other such silly name! 
You’ve got some great tunes and a name that just screams country star, so now I’d guess all you need is a little bit of luck.

Okay, now that I’ve actually listened to the music…
My comment illustrates the fact that I like very few country songs, but you’ve got some obvious talent and skill so for that reason alone it was a pleasure to listen to. I don’t like it, but it was a nice few minutes.
