Um, he’s “lying down” on this board.
If it were anybody else, I’d think he was bragging, but given Bricker’s blushing modesty and self-effacement…
Aren’t juries supposed to not be biased to or even exposed to the subject of trial?
If the birthers want to get together a group of people who haven’t heard of the birther movement, and then try to explain it to them and get them to agree, I wish them all the best.
Well, I’ve never written anything that anyone thought was worth plagiarizing. So yeah.
ITYM Dopelganger.
So, Birthers can’t be denied health coverage under [psuedo]President Obama’s health care plan? Interesting…

I would never have thought of that if you hadn’t brought it up. ![]()
Well, no, innocent lamb that you are.

Oh c’mon. There are a lot of things I don’t agree with Bricker about, but I feel he has made it clear that he dissassoicates himself and condemns the actions of the wingnut right, birthers, deathers and the like. He has no fleas from the birthers from this at all.
This is pretty much what I was gonna post this morning, if I hadn’t been lazy and sleepy and late for work when I read the thread. So +1.

Uncredited, I mean.
This doesn’t make any sense. Bricker wrote an article on Grand Juries. That article was plagiarized by a Birther. How did Bricker metaphorically lie down with dogs?
What Birthers? Bricker is a lawyer who is regularly exposed to Lawyer Cooties. It’s an occupational hazard and why I didn’t follow my inclination to study law.
