It looks like Magayuk lives in Canada, according to his location, so I think (s)he’s still safe.
But what I’m still wondering, Ethilrist, is if this holds for Canada like it does here. And I’m not sure if it’s all states or just a few who passed this law.
IIRC it was just within the last two years because I remember it being a big deal at U of I and ISU as an extra measure of protection for the students.
