If it’s any consolation, I’ll hold my nose voting for the blowhard xenophobe. I trust him more than Santa Claus or Mrs. Zero Charisma.
Im doing very well in life. Even with my sub 70 IQ. I just find it amusing that apparent intellect is a function of shared opinion.
Now the fact is those who run the government, such as Obama, have done such a fine job that the USA is the largest debtor in the world. I suppose that is a better outcome than a strategic bankruptcy. But since Obama is a leg tingling darling of the left and Trump is Trump that makes me dumb.
I delight in the prospect of enjoying a TRUMP presidency for the anguish it would cause the self righteous virtue signalling, treasonous neo-Manchester liberal faux-“conservatives”.
Neo-Manchester?
It’s been pointed out, but wrongly so. For one thing, it doesn’t take into account consumption. Trump has spent many hundreds of millions if not billions just living for the last 40 years or so. And he’s started from essentially nothing and built businesses that have made him a multi-billionaire twice. Once when he first started out, and again after he found himself with a negative net worth close to a billion dollars in the early nineties. He most certainly has a genius, not just for making money but also for battling his way out of downturns that would sink most others.
Doesn’t seem a bad point of view. You favor stronger central planning?
Social nationalism/left-Bismarckianism-basically a cross of Keynesian and the German historical school of economics
It’s not happening. Trump won New Hampshire by winning the votes of 35% of the Republican primary voters. As other candidates drop out, their support will coalesce behind one of the other candidates. You don’t think a Kasich voter will switch over to Trump, do you?
At the end of the primary season Trump will still be polling 35% and someone else will be at 65% and that’ll be it. Even if he manages to lock up enough delegates to be nominated he won’t get more than 35% in the general election. He’s guaranteed that, because 35% of everyone is batshit crazy, but no more than that.
That is based on the silly assumption that every current non-TRUMP supporter would support anybody besides TRUMP.
Social nationalism? Zina?
Actually, he said “very” stupid.
Well, that’s even more mean. That poopyhead.
This is one thing Hillary has going for her - she isn’t stupid and bat shit crazy.
When TRUMP loses to h1:)LL%4rY@@, do you promise to start referring to him as “trump”?
He has made CSPAN more entertaining than it has been at any other point in my lifetime.
So much for honesty, ethics, NOT fvcking your business partners, etc. I’d sooner trust an Aussie brown snake to not bite.
Zina?
America is NOT a country. The United States of America is a country.
Well, by most accounts he is actually a pretty nice person and treats his employees well and fairly. Despite his misogynistic reputation, he has not had to make a whole bunch of sexual harassment settlements and the Trump organization does not have a bad record on employing women.
I think if you laid out Trump’s views from before Bloomberg became mayor of NYC by running as a Republican (which is where I think he got the idea that he could win elections by running as a Republican in a town where Democrats would often run unopposed to elected office), I think you would see a platform of positions that looks a lot like the Democratic party platform.
