I'm crazy! I'm crazy! You're crazy! You're crazy!

I remember a scene in a movie (at least I think it was a movie – could’ve been a TV show) where a character is maniacally shouting, ‘I’m crazy! I’m crazy!’ over and over. ISTR he switched to shouting ‘You’re crazy! You’re crazy!’ repeatedly.

Does that sound familiar to anyone?

Sounds like And Justice For All. Al Pacino. “You’re out of order!”

I’m not sure I ever saw that.

Perhaps Stark, the bald guy on Farscape with the mask over half his face:

“My side, your side! My side, your side! My side, your side!..”

Here’s the particular outburst from And Justice For All. Feel free to watch the whole clip as set-up, but you won’t be missing much–it’s a rather lousy film; overacting passing for story. Big name cast, though, and some good photography of Baltimore. Everybody must have seen it, because that fillip is zehr popular.

The ‘You’re out of order!’ part is similar, but I don’t recall the scene being in a courtroom, and I recall ‘I’m crazy’ and ‘You’re crazy!’

I only watched Farscape a few years ago. What I’m looking for was '70s or '80s.

Rabbit season! Duck season!

Could it be “Dirty Dingus Magee”? A) One of the characters is named Chief Crazy Blanket; B) This quote from a Roger Ebert review book sounds awfully close; C) IMDb quotes for the movie don’t list anything similar (Wait a minute, that doesn’t help, does it?)

well, hey nonnie nonnie nonnie nonnie.

That one has been answered! :stuck_out_tongue:

Sounds like it could be from Catch-22 but I haven’t seen the film in a while and I think it (and especially the book) was generally a bit more subtle than that.

OK good - I’m not the only one to think about Catch-22.

I was also thinking it reminded me of the “she’s my sister/she’s my daughter” scene from Chinatown.
