I forgot all about that idiot claim. It was in response to my using irony to make a point. Fuckheads don’t understand irony, or they pretend not to, because it makes a point they “don’t like”, which is hilarious.
I am going to have to work on my irony.
“the expression of one’s meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect.”
No, but it’s effective at getting the point across. (that was another attempt at irony)
When I type out “No, but it’s effective at getting the point across”, I don’t actually mean that, since nothing is going to get through somebodies head if they have already made up their mind. It’s almost sarcasm, but it’s actually an ironic statement. Most people have no problem figuring this out, but warmist fuckheads will actually pretend not to get it, and then try and claim “you are saying something that contradicts what you said before hurr durr”. Yes you dumbass, it’s called irony.
Here’s an article.
Arctic ice cap is in a ‘death spiral’, claims leading academicHow do you know if that is true? It’s in some British tabloid. Right? It’s sensationalism, to get headlines.
Here is another one.
Climate change PROVED to be ‘nothing but a lie’, claims top meteorologistIn the same tabloid, same concept.
What is true? Deciding in advance, so that you accept one story, but question the other, isn’t scientific, or fighting ignorance.
The point is obvious, but fuckheads can’t grasp obvious. While the statement was a general observation about people and belief systems, and how they prevent learning, it was taken as literal, and we see a fuckhead reaction.
In fact, while you might possibly believe yourself to have a point, your reversals and dances around the topic
It’s what fuckheads do. They can’t argue, so they act like it’s all somebodies else’s “fault”, and they get personal.
It’s pathetic actually. But attempting to educate a fuckhead is a lost cause. You know in your heart this is true.
