I'm sick of this Global Warming!

Troll, troll, troll away!

Turns out global warming really can make you sick.

Read more: A climate of despair

I’m just ahead of the curve.

Desperate, is all.

At least we have a diagnoses for it now.

“I’m suffering from ‘climate depression’ thanks to global warming”

Read more at: Sun's activity influences natural climate change

Obviously these are climate deniers.

That’s better. How stupid can you get? Thinking the sun could cause climate changes? Only man can do that.

(bolding mine)

Who do you think you’re fooling? Seriously, you can’t actually believe that, can you?

He’s so frothing now that even if nobody posts, he’ll anecdote the hell out of the pieces of froth.

I’m looking forward to his next thread tearing apart the Theory of Evolution.

At this point it’s just public masturbation. More pathetic than anything else.

Largest storm ever recorded threatens Alaska with 50 foot waves.

That’s the spirit. But you have to blame it on global warming.

If you can’t think of anything, here is a list of things global warming has caused, or will cause.

The short list

It will make you sick.

Especially the extinctions! Human , civilisation, logic , Inuit , smallest butterfly , cod, ladybirds , pikas , polar bears, possums , walrus, toads , plants , salmon , trout , wild flowers , woodlice , a million species , half of all animal and plant species, mountain species , not polar bears , barrier reef , leaches , salamanders , tropical insects, and probably more. If that doesn’t scare the money out of your pants, what will?

I see you’ve graduated to that noted science journal What Really Happened.

I would ask that this place ban you for your bullshit, but it’s funny seeing the depths you have sunk. This place is a noose that you willingly stick your head in at this point. I’ll just join the chorus pointing and laughing.

Global warming has doubled risk of harsh winters in Eurasia, research finds | Climate crisis | The Guardian

Global warming really can do anything. If the winters were milder, with less snow and ice, that would also be proof of global warming.

In essence we have a pseudo-scientific view of weather, which isn’t surprising. Mankind has always wanted to blame the weather (or floods, or drought, or pestilence) on human beings doing something “wrong”.

Now that it’s backed by Science! and the majority, you can’t even argue against the concept. Colder, warmer, drier, wetter, more storms, fewer storms, it’s all because of mankind. Or rather you. That’s right, you caused the latest winter storm. Or at least increased the odds of it happening.

Those still pimping the very idea that all the changes in weather, or climate, are directly caused by mankind, you sound like a religious nutcase.

Seriously. It’s that ridiculous.

Just when I thought you couldn’t be more pathetic. Well done! Here, hang on, I think this might be about your speed:

Or maybe this:

http://www.davidicke.com/headlines/tag/global-warming-scam/

Global Warming, gradual heating of the earth’s temperature caused largely by mankind’s emission of greenhouse gases, and a process that can only be reversed if, oops, never mind, because we actually just now passed the exact point of ever being able to undo the horrifying effects of climate change. According to climatologists, rising CO2 levels must be contained before it is too late, which it now is, or the world populace will experience severe food shortages, widespread drought, and the mass extinction of thousands of plant and animal species. Climate change is also believed to be responsible for the thawing of the polar ice caps—the melting of which is irreversible as of eight seconds ago—and will in turn lead to the incomprehensibly destructive flooding of the entire Eastern Seaboard of the United States in 60 years. Well, 59 years, 364 days, 23 hours, and 59 minutes. In order to reduce one’s own impact, experts recommend using energy-efficient products, carpooling to work, and not relying on air-conditioning so much, though they may as well recommend taking out a gun and shooting yourself in the fucking head right now, because by the time you finish reading this, any fleeting hope of somehow changing this collision course with global destruction will be forever lost, and we all need to face the fact that everyone and everything we’ve ever loved will soon be annihilated by the raging forces of nature, and that civilization itself will either be wiped out or plunged into anarchy as we all stand by helplessly, waiting to drown, die of starvation, or burn to death.

But can we reverse your stupidity?

Clearly you have just delivered a brutal response to those who thought you couldn’t sink any deeper for your sources. Well done, using the Onion, well done.

Ah well, back to the Science!

Oh that Gigogalloper, compared to the trolls here you shine like a rising star.

The discussion of records from before is about “breaking the all time record” for a station, the max temp for a single day, or max low, there is an assumption that this not only happens all the time, but it would be a 50/50 chance event if climate was “normal”.

Now this is where it is actually impossible to get a screaming batshit crazy alarmists to commit, because they are slippery, like any good palm reader or religious prophet, they simply change their story as circumstances change. If they didn’t move the goalposts, something like this would be an excellent thing to discuss.

For those who also ignore and refuse to even read a single thing, and also because the quote function doesn’t quote quotes, here’s the money shot from the SS blog

And yes, they use the US temperatures to “prove” how global warming is steamrollering along, crushing records before it.

Here it is again. News | NCAR & UCAR News

He means of course, global warming, and the expected shifts show how right global warming actually is.

So we have a solid actual claim, which of course supports global warming, using US records. the USHCN to be exact. “The USHCN is a designated subset of the NOAA Cooperative Observer Program (COOP) Network with sites selected according to their spatial coverage, record length, data completeness, and historical stability”, which makes it the best choice for climate research. So here is a concrete claim, and one that seems to make sense, even if there hasn’t been any experiments to prove it would happen.

Of course as soon as you actually go to the US HCN data, take the really hot days, all of them, and the really cold days, and plot it out, like up until Aug 2014, it looks like this.

Which is exactly where the wheels fall off. Because here we have evidence that shows something else must be happening. Rather than rely on assumptions, or hypothesis, it’s just what the actual data shows happened.

The really cold days show, somewhat, a pattern that is expected, if the US climate is warming. Fewer really cold days, especially compared to the very cold winters of the 60s and 70s. Remember the assumption is fewer cold days, and more warm ones. This is greenhouse warming.

But then you see the data for really hot days, and it doesn’t match at all.
In fact, the actual data clearly shows that compared to the past, things are not getting warmer at all, in the long run. In fact, this year has been the year with the least really hot days since records for the USN network started keeping records.

Not that it means a lot, but the huge amount of really cold days also means this has been one the coldest, if not the coolest year ever. According to the data.

Using the Chicago areas as example, it really has been one of the coldest years (up until August), which shows up in all the data sets.

Note how warm 2012 was, it shows up clearly as well.

What does it mean? What does the future hold? Those are the questions people actually want the answers to.

Not the idiot spreading alarm, they already know all the answers. But the people who live in the real world, they would like to know.

Here’s the last 9 months for the Chicago area.

And just for laughs, the winter data, showing minimum temps.

Pathetic starving troll.

It must be very frustrating for a troll when no one has fed him for months and months, no matter how hard he tries.

Incidentally, in a indication of just how pathetic and desperate he’s getting, he’s had to quote GIGObuster from more than a year ago in an effort to provoke some response.

I’m quite gratified that no one has dignified this troll with a substantive response for many months. He’s so ignorant, disingenuous, and ludicrous that everyone can see he’s not worth responding to.
