Um, seriously, yeah. I don’t really follow space news. It doesn’t seem all that important, and now that I know what it is, my only reaction is it’s kind of ugly.

I think there’s only one thing we can do. And it’s not about bringing Spirit and Opportunity home.
Let’s go out there, and build a museum for both of them. One that gets plenty of visitors.
I’m sad about Spirit, but I’ve been assuaging my grief by following Opportunity’s journey quite closely.
This site is great, with regular updates about what Opportunity is doing, on its way to the huge crater Endeavour. It’s just reached another crater, a small but relatively recent one (perhaps only a few thousand years old). Check it out!
