At this point, I would advise you commit to the first season and take stock after that. If it were 24 episodes and you felt this way after 5, I’d say bail. But at 13 episodes you’re almost halfway through the season already, so may as well stick it out.
If ever in the future you find yourself in a conversation about the show and you’re saying you don’t like it, if they asked how much you saw and you say the first season, your opinion will be unassailable. If you say you gave up 4-5 episodes in, you’ll be leaving yourself open to “Well at least watch the whole first season.”
