Based on your description of the course, I am pretty sure that I took that exact same class. I was pretty clumsy and had about a million accidents. Broken glassware, spilled acids, heating a closed system, etc., all followed by a deer-in-the-headlights stare. :smack:
Of course, I went on to teach the same class a few times and my students were much better than I had been in their shoes. I don’t know if maybe you’re on the wrong side of the room or something, but I thought my students were pretty brilliant. And my section wasn’t the chemical engineers, either.
