Imus In The Morning hilarious observation

One of the guys on the program today remarked:

“They should lay Rosa Park’s casket on the guy who demanded her seat
on the bus so he would kiss her ass in perpetuity.”

It’s probably an old joke, but it was the first time I heard it and I cracked up.

I’ve often wondered just who that guy was and whether the events of that day had a long lasting effect on his life too or if, more probably, his identity has simply been lost to time.

Of course, no man demanded her seat. The Bus Driver demanded she move to make room for a white man that was standing.
So maybe you would want the Bus Driver instead.
He sounds like he was probably a nasty man. I don’t know if he was actually worthy to be that near her.
