I think that this actually describes Kedikats behavior better than his being a Russian plant. He’s a radical centrist.
He believes that given two arguments the right answer is always right in the middle, so if a college professor says 36=18 and first grader says 36=36 he concludes that 3*6 is probably some where around 27.
He comes across as a Russian stooge because we already cover the reality based side of the discussion so he mostly pipes up to promote the disinformation side in order to keep the balance.
He just doesn’t seem to understand that the two sides aren’t always equally valid. While all sources have some bias, they are not all equally biased, and the Russian sources go beyond bias into propaganda and outright fabrication.
I don’t think he’s a Russian plant, either, but I do think he’s a moron with strong pro-Russia sympathies. He was mod-noted twice in the MPSIMS thread by two different mods, and then finally thread-banned by a third. I don’t really care what his motivations are, he’s a Russian stooge by virtue of peddling blatant disinformation. I can only imagine what he does elsewhere on the interwebs where there’s less moderation. He’s probably championing Trump, too, because Putin is the orange shit-stain’s bestest buddy.
But it’s so easy to take the word out of context.
Or just somebody who feels compelled to feel superior by virtue of ‘secret knowledge’ that the rest of us with our traditional news sources are too blind to see.
Whatever the case, a distinction without much difference. In the end, willingly or knowingly or not, he peddles in mis- and disinformation and not very well.
