I am on a judicial search site looking at something regarding my grandmother’s property and it says Document: Blue Note. What is this document?

It appears to be a note placed in the file by the court. For some reason, these things are often small slips of colored paper. In this case, this one is blue. The color may have some significance, but it will be specific to the court system, or maybe even to this specific court.
