Need tech support. Have MLB.TV, but need 768 kbps transfer rate, I guess. Not sure what that means. Have 667 kbps right now. Brand new Samsung 4G RAM, windows 7 and Firefox. Is this something I can be guided through or am I SOL? Not very tech savvy, so I need directions to be dumbed down as much as possible.

There are tweaks you can do to improve your download speed but the most important thing to know is what type of internet connection you have (Cable, DSL)?
768 kb/s is really low for most broadband today. The most effective fix may be to see if you can either upgrade your account with your existing provider or switch to another provider.
Will it not let you run your software because your connection is so slow? Some of that may depend on time of day so you might make it over the threshold if you keep trying but your experience probably won’t be that great with such a marginal connection. That is why I suggest the upgrade above if it is possible. Otherwise, it will come down to some tweaks that may or may not work.
Had to upgrade my plan. Had a minimum speed. Thanks. A couple extra bucks gets me 3.1-7 mbps now.
