Increasing Stamina

Okay, I’ve just started running about 6 months ago after about 19 years of sitting on my ass. I can go 1-1.5 miles now, and now that I’m seriously running, that’s probably rising by about a fifth of a mile per month. What can I do to increase my Stamina at a quicker rate?

Add some hills to your run route.
