Bus loaded with passengers drives over waterfall…and everybody lives!
I looked at that and it’s more like the bus drives along the road at the top of the waterfall, and isn’t swept in.
I kept expecting it to slide over though, guess that’s the tension.
Woosh.
I can’t believe it didn’t get swept over. It must have been packed with people (80 people * 150 pounds each = 12,000 pounds of ballast) - which would have made for an uncertain escape if it did get swept over.
That crossing will be written in the local memory for future reference as “well, the bus made it across last time, so it should be fine.” Until it’s not, and then we’ll all hear about it on the evening news:
“Bus With 80 Passengers Swept Over Waterfall, Missing”
