Well, no big plans on the Fourth this year–just me, husband, and the 1 and 4 year old (big kids are with their dad this month). We grilled two dry-aged porterhouses that we had to drive to Cincinnati to get on Friday, and I made baked potatoes, spinach and a scrumptious morel mushroom sauce. I wish we had gotten 3 steaks, because the 4 y.o. ate more than I did!! Anyway, best steak I’d had in years, and was a nice relaxing day.
