That’s Santa Claus!
Nah, it’s not Santa. Too far South. Medicine Hat is in extremely Southern Alberta - no snow for the sleigh most of the winter.
I see yet another face: follow the “Ipod” on her ear (I think the lips do make it look more a she than a he) and I see a guy with a long goatee singing to a microphone. (the mic and beard ends point to the ear of the indian face)
This is actually the spitting image of a “classic Indian profile.” I suspect that this profile is what pops into most people’s head when they think of an Indian image. This type of profile pops up everywhere (in America):
