Well, I don’t know how professional you wanted them to look, but you can take any kind of jar with a screw on lid (baby food jars work) and fill it with mineral oil and glitter. Then, glue (with an epoxy) whatever little figurine you desire to the inside of the lid. Put more epoxy around the interior perimiter of the lid, screw it on, and let it dry. Viola! Amatuer snow globe.
