I was watching The Longest Yard recently and I was kinda curious if inmates ever played against correction officers in a football game that was played in front of the public. I would have to think the movie was inspired by something that was true.
I tried looking it up in the internet but all I found was something about how some correction officers didn’t allow prisoners to watch their softball game on a closed circuit tv.
