Installing Door without Damage to Frame?

I’m renting a house with two other roommates and my room is actually a ‘sun room’. Basically it’s an offshoot of the kitchen with lots of windows. But my problem is, I have no door. There is a door frame, and I can tell by looking that there used to be a door there but all the holes and everything have been filled in. My question is, is there any sort of like door I can get that wouldn’t require drilling holes into the frame? Like maybe something tension based? I’m far from handy so I have no idea if these even exist. Any help is appreciated, I really want some privacy.

About all you’ll be able to do is get a tension rod - similar to a shower curtain rod - and put that at the top of the doorframe. Another option is a folding screen.

The only way you’ll be able to get an actual door is to un-fill the holes and screw a door into the frame.

First try contacting the landlord and ask permission to install a door. If he says no, then you could use the shower curtain rod idea suggested above. They are spring loaded and work pretty well. For something different you might try finding a beaded curtain.

Seems to me you could install a door, including making the necessary holes, and then if need be remove the door and fill in the holes as was done before.

A bifold door is another option if you can find one to fit. A track screws into the header and a bracked in one lower corner. A bit less damage to the woodwork than handing a regular door.
