I argued with one EMT that I knew my blood sugar wasn’t high or trending high. Apparently I had an undiagnosed UTI and it screwed me up.

But he tested, gave me fluids. Tested again and said they told him to give me insulin. It was 45 min drive. So I got 2 or 3 doses before we got to the hospital.

Was it appropriate, those times?

I assume it was, since you’re not posting from the afterlife (right? RIGHT???).

ETA: should have read the whole thread - you stated in another post that they did indeed test you.
